I first started dabbling with doughcraft in Holland, where it is particularly popular. Discovering the craft's growing appeal throughout the USA and in Europe, I began to practise and perfect my skills, working with and creating all manner of decorative pieces in my pursuit of designs and objects that are both different and decorative.

Emigrating to Australia with my family in 1990, I brought with me a wealth of knowledge about the craft and overseas styles and trends. I spent a great deal time to perfect my art and adapt it to the American inspired country styles and other decorating trends that were and still are very popular in Australia.

I was widely regarded as one of Australia's best exponents of dough making where I was profiled in a number of country craft magazines.

Hundreds of Dough Dollies, woodwork pieces and rag dolls have found new homes in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, UK, USA and Canada.

I work from home and my web-site keeps me busy.

Please do sign my guestbook and I would love to hear from you,

Theresia
